At Fashion501 Boutique, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged: jewelry, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, and items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at fashion501clothing@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. Email us at fashion501clothing@gmail.com to request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at fashion501clothing@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
